Note: This is not an accessible hotel ♿ (details below). We stayed for 3 nights in July. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. We stayed in rooms 608 (king bed) and the junior suit 509/511. Pros: Friendly and hospitable staff. Spacious rooms. But the standard room is a bit small. We were welcomed with fruit platters (watermelon, apples, grapes, raisins and walnuts). Affordable cost for the stay. Good location. Interesting vintage decorations (boutique hotel). The breakfast buffet was okay (served from 7 to 10 am). See pictures and video. There's an ATM in the lobby.
Cons: Not an accessible hotel. You have to walk up a few stairs to the hotel entrance. There's no ramp. Also, to reach the breakfast lounge, you can take the elevator down to the 2nd floor and then walk downstairs to the 1st floor. However, you can ask them to deliver breakfast t your room. Lastly, the swimming pool is located a few stairs up on the 1st floor. No bidet in the toilet seat (not even a built-in one). No room service and no other meals are served other than breakfast. Cleanliness is 8/10. The bed cover seems old and a bit dusty. But everything else, including the bathroom was clean. The swimming pool gets cleaned 3 days per week. On the days it's not cleaned, there can be some bugs in it. The gym is okay for cardio but below average for strength training. But the machines...
Read moreWe were staying there two nights. Hotel is with eastern design which means lots of golden and pattern decorations in Uzbek style. ||Breakfast and service were good. Reception employees were friendly and helpful. ||They have very nice and quiet patio garden with small rabbits roaming freely. Recommend to seat there in the evening.||Location is in walkable distance to Registan square, around 10-15 minutes walking.||||What needs to be improved:||At the breakfast only instant coffee. Freshly made coffee or cappuccino you need to order and pay additionally.||There's no tea in the room itself. But again you can order pot of tea and pay for it extra.||Matrass in the room is rather firm.||Wi-fi is very weak, pages and emails are loading very long, but it seems to be a problem of every hotel...
