Very poor service but nice view! don’t waste your time and money to dine in! Maybe just a drink.

I asked for a knife for the shashlik. After waiting for 10 mins, i still don’t get it. I tried to call a waiter, and more than one waiters just ignored me. Then I call the lead of waiter, she apologized. Then 5 mins passed, i still did not get a knife. Then i saw the lead walked in front of me, with a knife, then she put the knife on other table! She looked at me, said nothing, so provocative! I was so angry, so, i left, i went to the check, asked for talking with their manager. I said i only pay for drink and soup, but i refused to pay for the shashiliks, because i don’t have proper tool to eat it. After some minutes, a waiter told me they will not charge anything from me, it is all free. And he apologized. Their manager didn’t show up. So, dear tourists, do not dinner there, just go to the rooftop and take a photo, then go other restaurant which have better service and food while only half price!
