Shoxjahon — Restaurant in Samarkand City

write a disaster and disappointed review about the restaurant. waiter was not given correct information and even waiter took our order with understanding as later another person mentioned he doesn’t speak English. even we asked him to send someone who speak English but he just ignored and keep using his phone at comer. we asked if him if their is any shop available he said their chef gone already home and no one in the kitchen for peparer the shop. however after half an hour their another same guest came and order the shop and they provided them. also we asked for water and glass and we have wait 30 min for the water until I stand up and went to counter to speak who know English. the bring uncomplicated selad which was mentioned in they menu and kept our Tabel without information. when we asked him about uncomplicated selad he mentioned that some ingredients missing inside kitchen and chef send us selad with complete. even when they bring hot food but never provide us induvisuel plate for eat. the just kept all good one big plate and sarved us however we want seating I. 2 difatent tabel. their are lot of to mention about their service but I will keep for now.

just want to mention the waiter was not event mainten basis hygiene as he just touch garbage bag and came our table to sarved with washing his hand and we asked him to go wash his hand before touching food.

we don’t found any manager for speak as another person came to speak us to just cover their wrong what...

Unfortunately, our recent visit wasn’t as pleasant as we expected. The service was quite slow and the waiters were inattentive, often difficult to find when needed. One of the biggest disappointments was finding a hair in the salad we ordered, which was especially embarrassing as I was hosting a guest from Indonesia.

On a positive note, the food itself was delicious, particularly the shashlik. However, our soup arrived very late — only after we had finished eating. When we asked about it earlier, the waiter seemed to have forgotten our order and entered it into the system much later. It would have been better if they had canceled it instead of charging us for a dish we no longer needed.

The washroom facilities were also very poor — dirty, smelly, and in an unacceptable condition for a place like this. Unfortunately, my guest wasn’t even able to use it.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously because the food has great potential, but the service and cleanliness urgently need...

I am rating them 4 as it was difficult to make them understand what I am trying to convey as they were hardly understanding English. Quiet honestly I found the food (kebabs) very fresh and it tasted fabulous. It was juicy. Regarding ambience I think this is one of the best theme restaurants I sat in a very long time. The interior work is beyond expectations. They did not do too much neither they did too little. So overall it’s a 4star except if the understanding was good it would have been more easier...
