Stayed in this hotel for a week during Feb. 2020 , on a recent business trip to TASHKENT . its a new hotel opened recently in Dec. 2019 and thus the rooms are very modern and crystal clean. The toilets are crystal clear and equipped with Jacuzzi. The twoels and linen are very clean and hygenic.||The hotel has swimming pool , Gym ( with one treadmill , one cross trainer and few weights ) and a sauna in the basement. ||The staff is young and dynamic and all smiles . In spite of English language constraint they try their level best to make you comfortable.||The location is very good as it is 5-10 minutes away from City centre and just next to Korzinka Super Market where you can buy all the necessities.||The breakfast is well spread and consist of more of Local Cuisine and few continental items . I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from a member of your front desk staff on the morning of 9 of October I was in Tashkent for an important event and urgently needed to print some documents by 8:00 AM. After arriving at 2:00 AM, I discovered all local copy shops were closed and was becoming concerned about meeting my deadline. Despite not being a guest at your hotel, the front desk employee was incredibly kind and helpful. I stay here for a week in the month of November to enjoy the Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and I am very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. The hotel is very clean throughout, and my room is spacious with everything that i needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Markets. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
