I am not certain regarding the standard of food and service, but I am truly surprised regarding the positive reviews this place has received. We must be careful when deciding how to react to food and service as many overseas visitors rely on these reviews. I need to say this restaurant was a disappointing and unappealing place to eat. We went expecting Russian cuisine, and all we got was a drab interior with disappointing options, as I thought I could order caviar?
