GŌSHT — Restaurant in Tashkent

We came as a 3 family guest, my self vegan. Ordered 3 dishes, each one arrived in 10 minutes later than the other, so each one was eating alone while the other starving and watching him, not to mention the small size of each dish which made in impossible to eat more than literally 2-3 minutes, and definitely ,do not justify the high prices, the manager (Kamul) asked to check what can be done and didn’t even come back to us, eventually while us going out my father asked him why he didn’t got back with an answer and he just rudely showed him the door and we were shocked of the unkind service, especially them considered as a “top” restaurant. Oh and almost forgot to mention that my moms mushroom “sauce” was literally a glimpse and my “vegan hamburger appeared to be a potato mash served on leaves with no bread and a green way too much solty sauce (which made me ending up with serious belly aches). By the way my father ordered “chicks on potato” and he got literally 3 small slices of meat one a bit of potato mash. So if you like potato mash really...

Very sad beautiful place but cooks and waiters unprofessional. We ordered side as bread, rice , fries didn’t came in time at all. We had to call waiter and remind him about missing orders. Side rice with fried eggs inside were delicious .

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD...

Delicious. Satisfying. Inviting. I had lunch here with my friend, and we chose to sit outside, soaking up spring sunshine while enjoying our meal. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the food truly lived up to its price.

We ordered the Meat Dukka, Go’sht Burger, Mango Lemonade, and a Vegan Salad with arugula, radishes, and pine nuts. The standout dish for me was the Meat Dukka as it was incredibly juicy, with melted cheese and perfectly cooked potatoes. The salad and the mango-passion fruit lemonade were wonderfully refreshing, a great balance to the hearty dishes.

Service was impeccable. Our waiter was polite, attentive, and started bringing out our food within just five minutes, ensuring everything arrived fresh and at the perfect temperature.

Spending my Sunday here was a fantastic choice, and I’ll definitely be coming...
