We are a travel agent from India, and an unauthorized transaction got booked through our TBO portal, which was routed via Expedia. The hotel refuses to refund, citing a non-refundable policy, even though the booking was fraudulent. The host went above and beyond to make her feel welcome in the city. It was great to have air conditioning because of the hot July weather. With its convenient location, my mom enjoyed her trip. I'm so thankful to the staff and highly recommend this hotel...
