Chester British Pub — Restaurant in Tashkent

The food and service were somehow very disheartening. Though the vibe was good. Liked the Black Garlic croutons, Chicken and mushroom and of-course the beer. However, the chicken and leek really sucked!!! The chef and also the staff ended up serving us chicken breasts and rice in soy sauce (not even barbecue sauce) and they forgot the leek and greens (as mentioned in the menu). The staff added to our woes. At first, they started explaining that the menu was outdated and then they managed to add some chopped leaks. They further argued that the greens were not veggies but rather coriander leaves and dill (quite contrary to the description provided in the menu). Also none of these were actually present on the plate. We had no choice but to cancel our order and look for a better...

I won't be going again. I reserved a table in a no smoking area on Thursday for 7 people on Friday. I showed up on time to find out the table had been given to someone else. It was sorted in the end, but we were placed in a smoking area as that was all they had. Throughout the evening the service was polite, but far too slow. We had to wait far too long for our drinks to arrive and had to ask twice for when our drinks were to arrive. We intended on buying food and a good few drinks, but in the end as we had been there 2 hours and only managed to get 2 drinks we gave up and left. The staff seem polite, but clearly either unorganized, or too few. Again, we won't bother with this place...

After 8 months I revisit this place because I'm bit dumb and forgot what was happening back than lol

This time they have beer and I tried so called chester's non filter beer and taste was just two dimensional and it cost me 30000 sum without 20 percent of service fee. What I felt these days with toshkent beer scene is they trying to make fancy their pub and put the name on some of draft beer but most of those beer taste not so different...
