BON! Café — Restaurant in Tashkent

Bon! is a chain cafe, and actually this one is much better than the rest of them. This one has plenty of space and "air" inside. Due to the location, you will easily find a place to sit in the morning. This cafe has nice places on the street and inside by the window. The service could be better: you will probably have to call a waiter for their attention. Also, if you order a coffee with some dish, they will serve you a coffee, then wait till it becomes cold, and then serve you a dish. Keep in mind, that you can always ask to warm up a coffee and they will calmly do it. So this place is somewhat pretty good for breakfast. It will be hard to find smth much better. STAY AWAY!!! Horrible service! I have been coming here for a long time. And I come almost every day and their service went completely downhill!!! I just received a cold soup and lukewarm warm water when I ordered water and chicken soup! My son received lukewarm warm coffee when he ordered hot coffee. Furthermore waiters took the coffee to other table first then brought it back to us because other table refused it 🤢 And finally it takes forever to get your food after you order it!!! We came to Tashkent city for our Sunday morning breakfast and wanted to have it at Bon. When we went in it was quite full, but we still headed upstairs and took our sits at 2 table 1 of which was dirty. We spent 5minutes there without any attention from the stuff, and as we were in a rush and there are many cafes around we just left it. 0 service level in compare with other Bon branches. p.s. no need for contact.
