We stayed here unexpectedly after another reservation within Tashkent was messed up. Spent 3 nights here and we couldn’t really complain about anything, considering the reasonable price. It was cheaper to get a king double room than a basic single, which was a bonus for us haha. ||The only annoying things in our king room was the flashing blue light on the aircon when it was turned off and the thin sheet rather than a duvet or blanket to sleep with. ||The showers were amazing; spacious, powerful and good bathroom amenities. ||It’s around a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station, which is challenging if you’re not accustomed to the August heat in Uzbekistan! ||There’s a couple of restaurants nearby but you’ll struggle to find an English menu/someone to help translate all the time. Food is very reasonably priced. ||The staff at the hotel tried really hard to communicate with us and their English was pretty good. Also, the breakfast buffet has a range of food, sweet and savoury, I would recommend...

The next room, same thing with the swipe card, but then the door wouldn't lock anyway. This time, the bed was super soft, but i could live with it. Went back down to see if I could get the lock fixed. Unfortunately, after 20 minutes, the reception staff could not get it to work, and said maybe maitainence could fix it tomorrow. At this point, I left to find...
