Terrible experience at this hotel. Would not recommend to people who are looking at spending their hard earned money on a brand hotel and those who value cleanliness and hygiene. I booked a airport taxi for 20$ as arrival was at 2a.m. Driver was not there so had to book my own transport to hotel. Upon arrival they said they will charge me for a service that was not rendered which I clearly said I will not pay. They said 100k Som on email. When I got the room, the toilet was extremely filthy covered in urine and feces which I had to clean with tissues and soap at 3a.m. I also booked a non smoking room but the room smelt of smoke which made it difficult to breathe at night. Toilet made a sound at night which was really annoying and made it difficult to sleep. I told the hotel manager in the morning. They couldn't even apologize or offer to change my room. Breakfast was excellent and had a good variety. Staff at breakfast were very helpful and great compared to the rude reception staff. Location is bad and have to take taxi to get around as there's nothing nearby. Upon check out they attempted to charge me 250k som for the taxi ride that never happened. The staff wanted to make an extra 150k for themselves as they emailed to say it will be 100k. They spoilt my entire trip with their terrible service. The taxi to airport only costs 1$(15k Som) on Yandex app but yet they charge 20$ for a 5 Min ride. I stayed there at the end of January 2024 for 4 nights. 1st night i set the ac at 24⁰C and slept; i got freezed. 2nd night i set more around 30⁰ and slept again (it is my fault i trust the brand and didn't think it is not working) in the morning it was freezing called again. 3rd day i came room but i was a terrible tiring day, didn't want to talk anyone, closed the ac and slept; nothing changed. 4th night i received hotel and called room service, 1 guy came and then one more and after 55 minutes they said "it is not working" and left the room. Nobody came or called; so i called the reception and angrily talked i want to change the room and they made it in 10 minutes finally... i said i will complain; only bell boy told me they are sorry, he said no manager or duty manager avaliable! Even in the morning, when i was leaving they didn't say/do anything for apology and i left the hotel finally... as a result it was a 4 full day meetings till 10pm everyday and i got the worst accommodation experience ever!
