King House Villa Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Everything is good for it's price, our room is clean and room service came every day to change the towel and give another two small bottle of water,location is at the corner of a junction of a small road, pretty far from every destination but there's food and convenience store just outside, the staff are friendly and very helpful but the problem is in trip.com, it's shown that they have welcome gift for us so we thought the cup noodles and chips on the table are for us, note that we know the drinks in the fridge have to be paid(there's mineral water in the fridge too so don't drink it if you don't want to pay for overpriced water), we are actually pretty satisfied with the snacks cause it's quite delicious (we found it in a mart and bought some back with us) until we found a receipt in the room after a long day and went to ask at the reception to find out that there's actually no welcome gift and have to pay for the snacks.... it just ruined the day because I have used all my cash in hand because it's my last day and in the end when checking out, fyi there's a very small charges for the use of visa, overall it's good, just don't touch anything else until you ask at...

I recently stayed at King House Villa in Da Nang and had a generally enjoyable experience. The service throughout my stay was consistently friendly, making me feel welcome and taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, which truly enhanced my visit.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is somewhat conveniently located, making it easy to access popular sights in the area.

One of the main highlights was the bike rental service. It was a great way to explore the surroundings; however, the quality of the bikes could use some improvement. Unfortunately, I had an issue where I blew out a tire during my ride and found myself a couple of hours away from the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel staff stepped in to help and covered half the cost of the tire replacement, which I truly appreciated.

Overall, King House Villa provides a solid experience with friendly service and clean accommodations. With a few enhancements to their bike rental service, it could easily be a five-star stay. I would definitely consider returning on my next...

Con: construction site next (mid april) door with drilling and hammering starting at 6.45 or 7 in the morning. We could move rooms after 3 nights but you can hear it in the whole building. They told us it was going to be finished soon. Not sure when it will be finished. Wish the hotel would have noticed us about this before we arrived.

The swimming pool is in the restaurant/reception area.

Every day cleaning provided but they never cleaned inside the toilet or shower. When we arrived there were no kitchen tools. Upon request they provided some basic cooking tools which was useful for us.

Pro: good wifi, good size room especially the first room we originally booked, walking distance to the night market and beach. Friendly staff!

We also experienced a broken airco but they managed to get that fixed the same day and they offered us a temporary room which was nice.

When next door construction is done it's a nice place to stay...
