My Little Pig Home Homestay — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Very bad experience with this homestay, I strongly advise against it. I booked it with Booking several weeks in advance. And on the day of check-in, a few hours before, they sent me a message to simply tell me that the room is no longer available and that they are canceling my reservation. The reason they gave me: there is a high demand for rooms at the moment so they simply gave my room to someone else. And I think it's not the first time they do this. They didn't even try to find a solution. There are many other Homestays in Da Nang, there is no shortage of them, go directly to the others without going through this one and the "cancellation" box. Knowing that they did not cancel with Booking so if you do not contact customer service yourself they will still get the money. Upon arrival, we noticed that the house was quite dusty. Additionally, we were not informed that the washing machine could not be used. There was no prior message or notice about this, so we were unaware. After checking again, I found a paper notice with very faint printing placed at the bottom of the dryer, which was difficult to see. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience.

The owner is very friendly and hospitable. They gave us food, drinks, and very helpful recommendations on what to do in Da Nang. They cared for us like family.

The place is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is clean, tidy, and smells good. We had very good sleep during our stay.

The location is also very convenient, it’s near to the attractions and to the beach.
