Unreliable Service and Disruptive Experience||I recently stayed at this hotel and initially booked for 2 days. The night before my scheduled check-out, I spoke with the receptionist about extending my stay for an additional 2 days. She confirmed it was possible and asked me to come back in the morning to finalize the extension.||The following morning, I paid for the extra days with a different receptionist. However, shortly after, the original receptionist knocked on my door, insisting that I could not extend my stay because the hotel was fully booked and the price had increased. She wanted me to leave immediately, offering to refund my money and arrange transportation to another hotel.||This situation was extremely frustrating and confusing. The receptionist should have informed me about the booking issue before I paid. As a result, I wasted an entire day searching for a new place to stay instead of enjoying my visit to the city. Moreover, despite promising to arrange transportation, the receptionist acted as if she didn't know anything about it when I was ready to leave.||Adding to the inconvenience, room service knocked on my door loudly before the check-out time of 8 AM, disrupting my rest. This lack of respect for my privacy and the hotel's own check-out policies was unacceptable.||I found the service to be unreliable and unprofessional, which significantly impacted my trip. Read moreThis was the worst stay I had in 2 months of traveling through Asia; I definetly recommend looking at other hotels.
The communication with the hotel was very bad. Because I had an evening flight I wanted the transportation services that they’ve offered. However they communicated as limited as possible. They told me the driver would call once my flight landed. The driver did not call and I took a Grab. At the hotel they knew it went wrong and they didn’t even apoligize for it.
Then I got in the room and everything was very old and poor condition. The window of my bathroom was also broken and that resulted in a warm bathroom with insects. It also smelled strange in the room si I was having doubts on how well they’ve cleaned the room. When I started to unpack I noticed that the precious guest left their used underwear in the closeth. That’s just nasty. Hostels provide better service than this hotel.
The swimmingpool also needs to be cleaned more often because it smelled dirty.
The check out also took some time which I don’t find customer friendly. You receive a paper to sign, but the text is in Vietnamese so you don’t know what they’re asking you to sign for. Really strange for a a business in hospitality.

Read moreThis Location is good, the room is big for us, and the room facilities but noisy because of the new construction near hotel. . We rented 3 motorcycles and 2 are almost old. We already explained our trip plan and where we wanna go before rental. We rent (150k x 3) per day for 3 days. . Unfortunately, we faced an issue as a motorcycle that stopped without our mistake while riding on the way to Hue and the consequences were we faced a waste of time (at least 2-3 hours) and more cost for motorcycle checking, and transportation by car. . The worst thing is that when we returned the motorcycles, the hotel charged us for motorcycle repair (2000K) without our mistakes. Their feedback is that it is half the expense of repairing a motorcycle (both party of hotel and customer). But this is nonsense and not fair to customers. . Such that the hotel staff can not communicate English well and he always told me by google translate "I am a staff and not the manager" and " My manager requested this 2000K and you need to pay for this issue". .
