Thanh Nhung Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Room was disgusting, I had to argue with the receptionist to get the room cleaned, bedding change and the floor mops. There was old cigarette all over the floor the bathroom was disgusting. We wore our flip flops the whole time because we felt dirty when touching the floor. The kids were super load crying and screaming till 12am.

We paid $$$ because there was a firework display near by and we didn’t know. It was a bump.

Booked a room online and prepaid through Agoda. When I arrived I was told there was no room and that they did not have access to their Agoda account so they refused to refund me. It was late and I did not have the energy to argue for my money. As a final insult the grandpa and auntie who live in the house kept trying to harass me offering me to share their room. Avoid this place...

Was a fair price for the room, and the staff were polite and friendly.
