Mekong 69 Hostel — Hotel in Cần Thơ

Ok hostel. The room was clean and the people were nice. However, i booked with the front desk people a trip to go to the floating market. I was supposed to be at 5am in the lobby to wait for a taxi that they would have booked. However, arriving at the lobby, there was no one except for an old man who didn't speak English. He tried and called the person from the front desk, nobody was answering. They had to wake up two people to find the person with whom I booked the trip and I managed to go to the floating market but maybe 20 min later than expected. Overall, experience was okay but not sure I will get back to this...

Host is Ladie, we are very appreciated about her attitude when she talk with us. |But we are very disappointed and uncomfortable about the Chubby Guy( we think he is host also ). He is so so impolite and unfriendly. |We never ever saw any staff laying on the sofa, playing phone when talking with Customer. |He also asked us cancelation our booking from our app and then directly to book the room in hotel because he over book and we pay extra fee. |Bathroom no toilet paper, water from shower so weak, hot water also don have. |Location is ok,...

We really liked this place. The service was fantastic: super helpful, accommodating and very friendly. It was also very good value for the money. The VIP rooms were a great deal and definitely worth the small amount of extra cost for the extra space and facilities.

One thing to note is that sometimes it was noisy at night and we had to mention this to the reception and then they were responsive and dealt with it. Definitely speak up if you have any issues, they will come...
