I am fairly confident about this hotel, about 90% sure, and I will share my thoughts with you. I booked and stayed 3 days in this hotel. Upon my arrival at the hotel, even the taxi driver expressed excitement about its luxurious appearance. I documented my enthusiasm and shared it with my friends, coworkers, and employees. Immediately, I was welcomed by a slender, stern-looking man wearing black-framed glasses at the reception. He presented me with the printed document and inquired about my preferred method of payment. I told him that I had already paid before my trip. He was not in the mood to hear what I had to say. The point is, I recognize that miscommunication is a common occurrence. What worries me the most is the attitude of this guy. It made me uneasy. I arrived at the hotel with good intentions and was amazed by how well-maintained this place is. He was being confrontational until I presented him with the receipt. Next, he phoned his supervisor. I didn't need to experience all of this. The spa he recommended turned out to be terrible that same evening. The following days of my stay were fantastic. The staff is excellent, and the service is outstanding. I observed the progress in management on a daily basis. Different breakfast choices are available and change daily. All I can say is that I am grateful. I was ready to change my initial impression. And on the final day, when I approached the front desk, guess who I saw standing there. He was acting normal and behaved well until I recorded my latest video, expressing my emotions about this entire trip to Da Lat. Once again, something unusual occurred.

So, before i checked out, he cashed me 15k for the noodles. I gave him 50k. When i was done with my video, he told me to give him back 5k. It was nothing to me. But the way he said it. He said: “I remember how much I gave you. Can you give me back the 5k.” There is either he has issue with his communication or he is purposely sabotaging the successful business. He can charge me whatever he wants. I do not care. But he had to wait after I filmed to say all that to my face (on both occasions check in & check out, and it’s all about money) I found it disrespectful and unprofessional. Last word, I love this hotel But I have to let the management know if this guy. He’s the reason why customers are writing negative reviews. I heard what he said to a foreign customer when I checked out today. You might as well check the cameras to know how it went. I’m a multiple businesses owner , I know sometime a bad employee can ruin an excellent business. In this case this guy is a striking example of...

I recently stayed at this fantastic new hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and relaxation. Every toiletry you could need is thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with a wide variety of eateries just steps away. One highlight is the restaurant on the 4th floor, which not only boasts a stunning view but also serves an amazing breakfast with a diverse spread that changes daily—there’s something new to enjoy every morning! The restaurant staff are exceptional, always courteous, smiling, and eager to assist, which made every meal a delight. My only minor gripe was that the TV featured only Vietnamese programs, but that barely detracted from the stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, keeping me connected with ease. I had a great stay at this new hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with all toiletries thoughtfully provided. There are plenty of eateries nearby, making it super convenient for meals. The hotel features a 4-floor restaurant with a great view. Breakfast had a good spread and the dishes changed daily, which was a nice touch. The restaurant staff were always courteous, smiling, and ready to help—truly excellent service! Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel also offers assistance in arranging day tours to various local attractions, which was very helpful. My only minor complaint is that the TV only had Vietnamese programs—it would be great to have some international channels for foreign guests. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Please stay away from this hotel!!!!Extremely Bad customer support 十分糟糕的入住體驗!!!酒店接待態度差! 首先這件事是因為房型問題圖文不符引發的,繼而觸發我超級生氣的是酒店幾位前台和經理的處理問題的態度和處理方式。 他們跟我說如果不滿意,自己打給Agoda處理。人在異地,我需要打跨洋漫遊電話給Agoda CS說明問題和商量解決方案。即使Agoda客服致電給酒店,希望商量一個大家都滿意的方案。酒店方面還拒絕處理問題!最後Agoda決定以與upgrade金額相同的agoda cash作補償。補償和解決方案是由Agoda提供的。這間酒店沒有負上任何責任!!!酒店給予的解釋就是狡辯!(問題詳情參考英文版本) 更糟糕的是,他們的房間十分不清潔。床上有床蝨,我的後勁被咬,直至旅行結束都沒有退去。 There were bed bugs on the bed. I got bite at my back neck. I’ve bought an anti-itch gel the other day. However, The bite mark wasn’t disappearing at the end of my Vietnam trip. The room is totally different from the picture we saw on Agoda. The description about the room type is not conform. The reason of choosing this hotel is because we thought the view from our room will worth the money to enjoy city view of Da Lat. However, when we check in to room 209, the view outside the window is the backyard and the wall of the neighbours’ house. It’s definitely not a ‘city view’ if you generally interpret it in English. We requested to change room. The explanation from the receptionist was the wall of two neighbours means city view since it is at the city centre of Da Lat, Therefore, they would not arrange it for us. As I continued to seek a possible solution about the disappointment of the room, the manager said we could changed to another room on Day 2 of our stay with REAL city view only if we pay more money. This was very unreasonable . The chat was failed to continued since they do not provide any reasonable explanation and solution. The receptionist said if we have questions about it, just FIND AGODA YOURSELF ! I called Agoda overseas to deal with the problem. The staff of Agoda has contacted the hotel. This hotel refused to solve the problem. The compensation and solution WERE PROVIDED by AGODA! NOT FROM THE HOTEL!!!
