Lilac Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

Toilet dirty as soon as we arrived. We asked front desk to come clean and they came and sprayed water on the poop stains and left the seat wet. I had to Lysol wipe the seat. Shower also had mold. I didn’t even use the shower there because it looked gross. My boyfriend used the shower and the water pressure was inconsistent. There are also leaks in the restroom, leaving floors to be wet. They did not take accountability as to why the room was not clean upon arrival. Instead, made excuses and said housekeeping probably missed it cleaning. My cousin’s bathroom was also nasty with piss stains on the perimeter of the toilet seat so that means the housekeeping is not thorough with cleaning. Mattress was soft, but comforter smelled. I had a room with balcony & king bed. The front desk said room was same size as my cousin when I asked, however, my room was significantly smaller. The balcony had absolutely no views. We saw someone’s roof and an alleyway. There is complimentary breakfast, but a small selection. We stayed in the building without elevators, so you have to use stairs to take your luggage up. Stairs were short, but it’s inconvenient. With the price you’re paying, you can stay at a better hotel. Staff was nice here, but the uncleanliness and cons outweigh the pros. I would not come here again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I stayed here based on reviews and tiktok video. Nope, don’t listen to them!! They forgot to give my cousin back her ID ALSO!!! Great hotel at a very reasonable price! Special thanks to the receptionists for being so attentive and helpful to guests. They were very open to helping us out with anything that we requested. Amazing food and Vietnamese coffee at breakfast! They had breakfast buffet depending on amount of guests, but also gave us a choice of soup and eggs on some days. The chef is the friendliest and her food is absolutely amazing!! Overall, the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered....

Kết thúc 24/12/2022 Rất hài lòng về Lilac. Mình book 1 phòng nghỉ thời điểm này với giá 600k 1 phòng có ban công. Về phòng ốc thì sạch sẽ. Rộng. Đệm siêu êm tivi chỉ có internet k có truyền hình cáp. Nhà tắm gương to và nước nóng xả thoải mái luôn. Phòng đã bao gồm ăn sáng có món cơm rang mềm vs vs rau xào ngon. Ăn sáng xong mang hoa quả rồi pha ly cafe sữa ra ngoài ngồi khá chill. Thuê xe máy tại KS thì mình thuê ngày lễ nên có giá 200k nhưng lúc lấy xe thì xăng đã gần đầy bình chạy 2 ngày mới hết. Giá ngày thường vs cuối tuần chắc sẽ mềm hơn. Chỗ để xe cũng rộng rãi Các bạn nhân viên và bạn trực page ở đây siêu thân thiện. Đã rút kinh nhiệm từ những lần trước nên các bạn dặn dò việc chăn ga bẩn rất kĩ. Mình còn được checkin trước từ 11h trưa khi ks còn phòng trống. Các bạn còn tư vấn chỗ ăn uống với mua dâu tây chụp hình và xách đồ ra tận xe cho mình. Cảm ơn các bạn. Đối với mình thì mức giá phòng kèm ăn sáng với nhu cầu của mình như vậy là quá Ô Kê. Khi nào có dịp vào sẽ lại ghé qua. À chỉ có một vấn đề nho nhỏ là cách âm ở đây không tốt lắm nhưng về đêm trong này k có xe đi lại nhiều nên không ồn ào vẫn yên tĩnh chứ ở ngoài gần đường lớn phòng k cách âm sẽ rất ồn ào tiếng xe.
