Nhà nghỉ Nhật Nam — Hotel in Da Lat City

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one as my experience was exceptionally bad. I am currently lying in the bed of this hotel at 1am having tried to sleep for the last 3.5h but the walls are so paper thin here, so you can hear everything that’s happening in the hotel and in the streets, even including the Internet cafe downstairs. The hotel is also dirty with sand/grit in the sheets, and used cigarette butts left in the hotel room. Room smells of cigarettes. Hot water/shower in the bathroom is also very difficult to use and every time someone turns the tap on next door you can hear the water and plumbing very loudly. The hotel front staff don’t speak any English at all, and for some reason demanded that we leave our passports with them for the duration of our stay. Also the fan in the room is very loud and very limited setting so it’s either super cold or hot and stuffy. The only ‘window’ in our room that opens out to a corridor within the hotel room has no curtain so the room is perpetually bright even at night. Khách sạn nằm trong hẻm nhỏ ở đường bà Triệu ! rất gần với nhiều địa điểm thu hút khách du lịch ở Đà Lạt. Lễ Tân cu Khoa rất dễ thương nhiệt tình. Phòng đẹp, ấm, tiện nghi, có máy nước nóng đầy đủ ! đặc biệt bà chủ rất là xinh nhé :D||Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại lần thứ 3 khi đến...
