Lovely room. But...If you are here on a holiday, there is no breakfast, no housekeeping, and no staff around. But no discount either. Location is inconvenient to everything. Nothing within walking distance. Yapping dogs and screaming children in the building loud enough to keep you awake at night. Great room, but wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend that you stay here either. My photos show "breakfast". Saddest breakfast I have ever seen. The hotel would be better to not serve...

This is a very good place to stay, especially for those who travel for business and also for those who stay for months or longer. Large enough (55sqm for 1 bedroom apartment), clean, quiet, not have a shining look but very well decorated and equipped with fully furnished premium high quality furnitures from solid wooden stuff to electronic items. I have all things I need to make me feel like home when in Hanoi. When staying here, you’re daily back home with your clothes well washed, ironed, and hung in the wardrobe. All dishes and things are clean. It’s really peaceful, not getting the overwhelmed feeling like in the noisy and tiny rooms in the Old Quarter area. This place is NOT for those who are loud and like to party at home. Rộng rãi, yên tĩnh, nội thất rất xịn xò, đồ điện tử chất lượng cao, đồ dùng toàn bằng gỗ thịt, trang trí đơn giản mà đẹp. Phù hợp cho những ai đi công tác hoặc ở lâu dài. Ở đây KHÔNG hợp với những người thích ồn ào hoặc hay gây ồn, và những ai hay tụ tập bạn bè, tán gẫu, vui chơi ăn uống tiệc...
