If you want to feel like you are in a communist country, then you should definitely stay at this hotel. First, it is within close proximity to a few military buildings, which you can sense when you walk by. Although the hotel looks grand from the outside, it's a different story once you enter the building - all neutral tones with very minimal/no decoration or character.
