Lubi House — Hotel in Hà Nội

Great homestay in Hanoi. The owner contacted us a few days prior with all needed information and provided assistance to any topic during the stay (in very good English!). It was great eventually meeting her in person, but if you prefer, you could likely spend your time without meeting anyone. The room was huge and had an unspectacular view into an alley. Neither early check-in, nor baggage storage were any problem. Although Lubi House is within walking distance to the city center, you don't have much noise. The only small thing we disliked is that the closest restaurants are mostly fine dining (with high pricing), cheaper options are only a 10 minute walk away. Our stay was nothing short of magical. Every detail was beautiful, cozy, and modern - from the flowers in the bathroom, to the mural in front of the laundry room, to the meticulously designed lobby. We even heard live piano in the restroom due to the restaurant nearby! Practically it was the best option - spacious, affordable, super central, across a beautiful coffee house called 8hrs, has a laundry/washer and kitchen room. Chau is extremely responsive - she is so sweet and will also respond within seconds. If I return to Hà Nội, this is absolutely where I would stay....

A gem in Hanoi, the owner was super friendly, the apartment clean, very centrally located to get around all the tourist spots in Hanoi and also the surroundings are generally quiet allowing you to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hanois old city. We would recommend this apartment to any travellers especially couples and would indeed stay again at our next visit. Apart from the hospitality the owner offered to keep our bags whilst we visited Halong Bay and returned to find everything in place and the bags waiting for us in our apartment....
