4th visit in two years, second in room 202, dirt stains on couch still there, Japanese washlet now inoperable due new electric mismatch. Broken toothbrush, it's not prison break. Hotel didn't volunteer to accommodate a mistake date booking with courtesy night stay even while staying few days and repeat patronage. I shouldn't have to ask for this, it is a basic curtousy. Place starting to show wear and tear, but has functional front desk now compared to two years ago. They graced me with second floor which is so noisy, you can hear the yelling at the bar from outside at midnight and general morning ruckus from the back alley (construction, laundry, general business activity). At night the general area is now more skech, few too many karaoke and massage places and the road/river across is rife with other types of activity.
