I recently stayed at libre homestay dao tan and, unfortunately, it was far from the experience advertised. The photos online paint a very different picture than the reality. The room I was given was old and poorly maintained, a stark contrast to the images that suggested a cozy, welcoming environment.

The customer service was the most disappointing aspect of my stay. Despite the staff being physically present, they made no effort to assist me with even the most basic tasks, such as opening the gate. Their indifference was frustrating and gave me the impression that guests are more of an inconvenience than a priority here.

Moreover, the room cleaning service was completely unreliable. Despite setting a cleaning schedule, the staff seemed to ignore it entirely, choosing to enter and clean the room whenever it suited them. This lack of respect for the agreed schedule felt intrusive and unprofessional.

To add to the confusion, the staff repeatedly tried to identify me even though I showed them my room keycard multiple times. This unnecessary hassle made me feel unwelcome and as if I was under constant scrutiny, which detracted from the comfort and privacy I expected during my stay.

Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. The poor service, misleading photos, and lack of respect for guests' privacy make it a place best avoided. There are plenty of other options out there that offer better service and a more accurate representation of...

The room is fine, location is okay, but the damn way the checking-in works with calls and security guard who doesn't speak any english is frustrating. Doubly so that the lady you speak on the phone with speaks english okay, but not perfectly, speaks fast even after being asked to repeat what she is saying etc. Beyond that nothing wrong...
