NG (not good) at all. They should have disclosed the real status of the room. The photo they show are not the actual photos for the place they are renting in esp. on the 4th flr. No elevators as well. Not suitable for old people. And the place is absolutely unlivable and creepy. Bad smell, dirty surroundings, unsafe building (since it feels tilted and unstable), electrical stuffs (i.e. refrigerator, electric fan) are not functioning. No TV too. Absolutely horrible! I'm not sure if they make money when people cancel the rooms cause they just won't rent the place after seeing the real situation and status of the place. If we had no one to help us get our money back at least, we would have paid the whole amount without staying there at all. We still paid a penalty fee for not staying there and cancelling though, but it's really not worth it.

They should be banned from legit sites. Booking and Agoda should check out their place themselves and the reviews of other people with horrible...

I booked a room here in March. But then, the owner said my room was not available when I came, so I had to stay in another room. Before my arrival, Hanoi was in a few hot days so the owner didn’t provide warm duvet in the room. But when I came, it was really cold as the weather had changed. I asked the owner for a warm duvet but he said he didn’t provide it as Hanoi was hot before I came lol. Overall, he’s so unsupportive during my stay as I had to move to another place afterwards. After my stay, the owner has claimed in Booking(where I booked the room) that I didn’t show up so I couldn’t leave my reviews there. I was so frustrated with this house and hopefully no one would have any kind of experience like me.

Mình đã đặt nhà này vào tháng 3 nhưng khi mình tới thì chủ nhà nói phòng mình đặt đã hết (lol), nên mình phải ở phòng khác trong 1 cái nhà khác. Trc khi mình tới, HN hơi nóng nên chủ nhà bỏ hết ruột chăn ra nhưng khi mình tới do gió mùa về nên HN rất lạnh. Mình có xin chủ nhà thêm chăn nhưng anh ấy nói là vì Hn vừa rồi nóng nên đã bỏ hết ruột chăn ra rồi, và cũng ko có lời nào nói rằng sẽ cung cấp thêm chăn cho mình nữa ko. Những lần mình hỏi trợ giúp thì chủ nhà trả lời đều cho thấy sự ko thân thiện và nhiệt tình nên sau đó mình quyết định chuyển đi. Ngay sau khi mình về, chủ nhà báo trên booking là mình ko tới nhận phòng (lol) nên mình ko thể để review trên đó đc. Vậy mình để nhận xét của mình ở đây, mong ko ai bị nhận trải nghiệm như...

Nachdem ich eine vorherige Buchung ohne Erscheinen des Besitzers hatte, haben wir kurzfristig für 3 Nächte hier gebucht, zusammen mit Freunden. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße, was ein wenig knifflig sein kann. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir jedoch herzlich empfangen und erhielten umgehend den Schlüssel. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht makellos, aber es verfügt über einen Balkon, der einen eher lokalen Charme versprüht. Der Fernseher funktioniert gut, und es ist sogar möglich, YouTube darauf zu schauen, was auf meiner Reise durch Asien nicht überall der Fall war. Insgesamt war der Schlafkomfort auf den Betten in Ordnung, und sie waren sauber. Das Design des Zimmers entspricht den Fotos, und die gelbe Farbgebung verleiht dem Raum eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider liegt die Unterkunft in einer weniger attraktiven Gegend von Hanoi, und man muss ein Taxi nehmen, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, da Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe begrenzt sind. Zusammenfassend kann gesagt werden, dass diese Unterkunft eine Option für diejenigen ist, die kurzfristig eine Bleibe suchen.
