I stayed at both giang vo and west lake and i prefer the west lake one bc it’s near the old quarter. The rooms are cozy, clean and quiet. The owner is so kind.(i love her🥰) they sometimes invite us to join dinner for free. We had bbq together. The staff are so friendly so you won’t feel alone even if you are solo traveling. I will definitely stay there again if i come...

I don't recommend staying here. I made a booking, but on the day of my stay in the evening, the owner canceled the booking , but I didn't know about it and went to the hotel.
