It was a fortune to me to find this hotel in Hanoi. I stayed 1 night at this hotel, I didn`t make a reservation however price was same. ( To consider Credit card commission for overseas use, To pay cash at Hotel counter is much better for all hotel ) Room condition was clean and tidy. no dust no bug. Bed and sheet was clean and comfortable as well. I suffered from noise by young students however night shift manager at reception helped me to keep the noise maker silent. I suggested a solution to keep hotel better and the reception lady in the morning listened me in good manner. Breakfast was not simple, It provides all [Key] meals.
