Pusan Halong Hotel — Hotel in Hạ Long City

We booked this for one night as a party of 7 family for 19/04/19. We checked into the Hotel seamlessly and its appearance is quite clean! This is a new hotel and building work is still going on around it.||I got into the room and first appearance was that it was clean. I even went for a shower and then I had a big surprise when I pulled the sheets back!!! ||Firstly there was a bed bug crawling around! They are pretty distinctive and evidenced in the pic below. Then on further inspection there was blood and urine all over the sheets! There was body hair and it is very clear that the room is not cleaned between customers!!!.||I then inspected the other two rooms that my party were using and found them also to be in a disgusting state. It is very clear that the cleaning staff do not change sheets and cut corners!||This is extremely concerning, as the amount of blood I encountered could have been easily contaminated with Hep C or even HIV! We also found wet towels in one of the rooms that looked like it was used as a sanitary towel.||If this hotel was in the UK I would contact the local authority and have it shut down immediately! Room clean ish, bathroom blind full of mould, and leaking pipe. No pillow cases or enough towels when we got in room. Dirty floor under stool, q-tip on floor. Breakfast, potion ok but did not feel clean. Filthy table clothes. Cockroach on drink station. Now the bad,,! We stayed there two nights and both nights karaoke until well after 11pm at restaurant next door very load we could hear every out of tune song being sung, then woken up at 6.30am by the jack hammers of the current building under construction the other side. Also told we could pay with cc but when paying asked for cash? The good. Receptionist was very helpful. Ok location near the theme park....

Non ci siamo proprio! Esternamente l'albergo è scenografico e la posizione buona. Ma la camera non è molto pulita e, visto il target, non ci si aspetta nemmeno che il personale alla reception, pur gentilissimo, non parli inglese (santo traduttore Google!). Euro 37 per una notte: per loro lo si può definire un albergo costoso.||Il servizio di organizzazione, poi, è pessimo. Da Ninh Binh abbiamo pagato un servizio navetta fino a loro. Tutto scritto, tutto specificato. Peccato che la "navetta" era un pulmino pieno di locali che ci ha impiegato il doppio del tempo dovendo lasciare nei vari paesini i paganti (c'è una sorta di autostrada che è molto più veloce). E, soprattutto ci ha lasciati, o meglio scaricati, a 8 chilometri dal centro, in una rotonda, sotto un sole terribile, vicino a taxi pronti a chiederci cifre esorbitanti per raggiungere l'albergo. Albergo che ha risposto dopo oltre mezz'ora e numerosi messaggi su whatsapp dicendoci che "non gli avevano detto che non ci avrebbero accompagnato fino a loro": ma a chi si affidano? Comunque ci sono venuti a prendere velocemente. Secondo: chiediamo di organizzarci gita alla baia per il giorno seguente e ci troviamo in un gruppo di 20-30 orientali e un tour organizzato con i loro standard (la baia non merita sicuramente a livello ambientale: è una spazzatura a cielo aperto e le loro barche scaricano l'inverosimile in quel paradiso). Ma anche qui ci è andata bene; abbiamo socializzato con tutti e la guida ci ha aiutato con un pochino di inglese. Terzo: al momento del check out ci dicono che il Pos non funziona (in realtà non c'è Pos) e che dobbiamo aspettare le ore 22 e andare (noi) in un altro albergo per il pagamento. Al nostro rifiuto dopo l'ennesimo loro disservizio, ci è venuta a prendere una ragazza in motorino e ci ha portati a pagare all'altro albergo a cinque minuti di distanza (era primo pomeriggio: perchè mai dovevamo aspettare le 22?? e perchè mai avremmo dovuto muoverci noi quando scrivono che accettano pagamento con carta...
