ベトナムにおける高級コーヒーのチェーン店らしいです。コーヒーは一杯あたり200-400円程度です。 Energy Coffeeというだけあって、かなり濃いめに抽出されます。エスプレッソ以上に濃く感じたので、個人的にはブラックで飲むよりミルク入りを注文したほうがいいかなと感じました。コーヒーはベトナムで使われる抽出器具のCafe Phinで提供されるため、新鮮な体験でした。サービスでお茶の提供もあります。不思議な味のお茶でした。店員さんは１名だけ英語を話せる方がいました。コーヒー豆やコーヒー抽出器具などの販売も行っています。ネットで調べるとこちらのお店では割とちゃんとしたコピ・ルアクが購入できるらしいです。値段は250gで約6,000円でした。

We arrived in Ha Long very early due to our coach. This cafe was open early and we went in. It had a lovely interior with very nice Vietnamese hot coffee and free tea refills. We even got a small sweet treat when we left....
