Minh's place is very clean and relaxing. It definitely exceeded our expectations if you would compare it to the descriptions of the place in AirBnB and other platforms. The staff and everyone in the villa are so kind and accomodating that they would even guide us to local restaurants and places, where we would get our money's worth, and more. I would say that one of the best things are the free water and breakfast everyday, which cannot be compared to any nearby restaurants... It's that good! Quite modern looking hotel with rooms facing the swimming pool and rooms facing the lovely river. The first ones are more quiet because the riverside rooms have the constant noise from the busy street. The thick windows however keep the noise mostly outside. Friendly staff and good wifi. Free bikes to use. Very comfortable bed and cosy balcony. Our riverside room on the second floor had damp mouldy walls which made the atmosphere too unhealthy and made us check out the next day already. It should not have been used. The bathroom is one big area including toilet which makes it one big wet area. A simple glass wall seperating the shower and toilet will solve this for sure. This hotel definitely needs much more attention! It has a perfect location between the beach and the center, and they offer bicycles for free, so you can reach everything easily. It was so relaxing to stay there. The breakfast was delicious,you have 5-6 options to choose from, also from drinks. The owner and the staff is always ready to help, and provided me a great hospitality. Honestly if I could stay there longer, i would have booked it for 1 week more. Or even more. It was always clean everything, the rooms have air-conditioner, they offer drinking water for free, and they have laundry service.
