Hoa Có Villas — Hotel in Hội An

Booked a Co Villa from booking.com and good points, they arranged a car pick up from Danang train station which is reasonably priced in a good car which made it much easier after a long night on the overnight train from Hanoi. Bad points, the villa is in desperate need of maintenance, cleaning and upgrade. We came during a heatwave but actually arrived on one of the cooler days (still 30c plus) the sitting, dining and kitchen are downstairs where there is no air con and they had old fans only - you must open all the big doors from the front and back to get some sort of breeze flowing through but it's not nice because there's lots of flies around and clearly not exactly safe (even though I don't think it's a bad area). The kitchen was greasy looking and had a dirty cloth on the side and hair in the sink. The pool chairs are broken. The rooms themselves are fine but no windows in the bathroom so again insects will fly straight to the bedroom since the room I was in had no door separating the bathroom to the bedroom. Me and my friends left an hour after check in and went to a hotel further down the road (Anmira resort, highly recommended). Another good point is they did refund us the money except for half a day which we were more than happy to pay...

We stayed here for 2 weeks while we were waiting for our main accommodation, we liked everything very much, it was quiet and safe, delicious breakfasts in the morning, lovely friendly female employees. When our main house was vacated ahead of time, we moved in and the hostess refunded us the difference in price for the days that we did not stay at the hotel! It was very pleasant and unexpected! Wonderful...

Villa có vị trí thuận lợi, cũng đẹp phù hợp cho gia đình nghĩ dưỡng. Tuy nhiên, cá nhân mình không hài lòng: Thứ nhất, thái độ của lễ tân: Mình xin than nhân viên hỏi có đem bao ra đựng than không, mình nghĩ rằng khách ko có trách nhiệm phải mang theo bao. Nhưng sau đó bạn đã giải quyết cho mình bằng cách tìm bao đựng than cho mình. Đến chiều mình muốn xin thêm 5 cái chén và 5 đôi đũa thì nhân viên cứ yêu cầu mình tìm trong hộc để bát ( trong khi nhà mình đông và mình đã sử dụng bát trong tủ nhưng ko đủ ), cuối cùng bạn lễ tân ko cho mình 5 đôi đũa vì lý do hết đũa và cũng ko tìm cách bổ sung đũa cho mình. Thứ hai: Trong một phòng ở tầng 3 có bồn tắm ở villa 04. Trong cả phòng vệ sinh và sàn phòng tắm, sàn lavabo đều xuất hiện dòi bò nhúc nhích trông rất mất vệ sinh và kinh khủng. Lúc đó đang tắm mới phát hiện ra nên tay ướt chỉ kịp chụp lại như ảnh trên. Thứ ba: ghế nằm hồ bơi đều hỏng, điều hoà trên tầng 3 nóng phải mất thời gian rất lâu mới mát được tý , dường như nhân viên ko lau dọn, bụi bám thành mảng trên bàn trang điểm, thành giường. TÓM LẠI: mình chưa bao giờ trải nghiệm dịch vụ villa hay homestay nào mà lễ tân có thái độ và dịch vụ dọn dẹp tệ như này, không đáng với số tiền bỏ ra...
