This is honestly the most gorgeous boutique hotel! It has a beautiful atmosphere and décor, and outstanding staff - Always a smile and very eager to please at every turn. We loved our room and the bathroom was something very special. I asked if they could set up a microwave in our room, which they were more than happy to do. There were limited vegetarian options, but the garlic bread was delish, as was the vegetarian sticky rice! Breakfast was a good size; in proportion to the size of the Blue Sky. A large bottle of water was supplied to our room each day, which was gratefully received. The 'Grab' app (like Uber) is your friend... download it and you'll be able to use many quick/cheap trips around Vietnam. The Blue Sky isn't far from town or the beach and very reasonable via Grab.

TIP 1: Pay the extra and get the private rooftop pool. Although it only goes up to your waist, it was great to have. There’s also a fabulous view up there. My only suggestion would be for the owners to install a ladder or steps into the pool, as it is extremely difficult for some people to access otherwise.

NB: If you have young kids, the 'family room with private pool' is a bit of a weird set-up, where there’s a big door into two separate hotel rooms. So the rooms aren’t exactly interconnected.

TIP 2: I had a fantastic massage at The Blue Sky! The masseur was so kind and friendly and most importantly, LISTENED to what her customer needed. Brilliant!

I will not hesitate to recommend this stunning hotel and even more INCREDIBLE staff to anybody I know going to Hoi An. This place was one of the highlights of our trip. THANK YOU TO...

A boutique hotel that looks and is exactly what is promised on the website! The hotel's asset is its amazing team of staff. They looked after us (family of 5, 3 generations) for 6 days/ 5 nights - we stayed in 2 rooms (a Deluxe Triple room and an Economy Double room). Buffet breakfast was included. Hotel feels new (beautifully appointed rooms with superb luxury bathrooms), lovely pool that is very popular with guests, very clean with industrious staff (we appreciate the efficient, quiet service of the breakfast service team, the hot noodles/ egg counter chef who made amazing omelettes to order, through to the efficient housekeeping team). Perfect location - away from the busy centre/ traffic but close enough for a convenient shuttle into town. On some nights, we managed to stroll back to hotel on foot (20-30 minutes from downtown). The stars of our stay was the Reception/ Concierge team (Lisa and Van) who spoke fluent English, they arranged anything and everything to make our stay comfortable. At the end of our 5-night stay, we felt like 'family' to the team. We experienced everything that Hoi An had to offer with the team's help - from multiple massages, pedicure/ manicure sessions, through to booking two different evening shows (heed their advice on seats for the Memories of Hoi An show - and don't miss the Lune acrobatics show!). We were recommended to a reliable tailor and custom leather shoe maker (superb service), and we took a half-day trip to My Son Champa Sanctuary (go through the hotel - the guide and package were...

DO NOT BOOK! We booked months in advance directly through the hotel, and I received a message from Tammy who was the GM 3 days prior to our arrival explaining they had given our room away for the dates we were coming by accident, so we no longer had any accommodation. They offered us a cheaper/smaller room which wasn't anything like we had book. They had no explanation but they simply gave our booking away to someone who just turned up to the hotel without a booking. We had a 1 year old baby, and no where to stay in Hoi An 3 days before we were meant to arrive, being peak season, was very hard finding somewhere else.

Absolutely shocking service, unprofessional, would not recommend at all, and clearly not a professional and responsible hotel to just delete bookings and book someone else in who doesn’t have a reservation.

Don’t waste your time, the hotel we did find was extremely professional and a reputable business, and cheaper with much better rooms for little children. So keep looking elsewhere is my...

Beautiful hotel with some pretty features. Nice pool, happy hour, spa availability. I will say the massage experience was odd. I’ve had a few massages being in Vietnam all around 400,000. The spa price is 850,000 plus 10% service charge & 5% tax. It’s firstly double the price to the street & the masseuse was in her own clothes waiting outside the lift with her heels, handbag & wet hair. After giving in to a 9pm massage the environment was odd. She led me up, watched me undress, a basic massage, nothing special. Then when she turned me over this included a chest massage also, which I’ve never had before including her chest bumping my head in her actions. I’m unsure she thought I wanted it because she then asked me for a 200,000 tip and a hug goodbye … odd behaviour, I should have just went to bed. I left very confused & was a waste of time and money, only based on convenience it seemed a good idea but the street Spa’s are just as good.

Cute little boutique hotel with a nice pool area, comfortable size rooms with balcony available, large bathtub to soak in and a walk-in shower, mini refrigerator with items to drink for purchase. The hotel does inform that staff possibility of gecko or other small insects (tiny ants did seem a little too much at moments on counters or around balcony door even without having any food items around, but cleaning staff did whatever possible to prevent them). The front desk and dining area staff were very helpful, attending to every question and need with so much care, even going above and beyond in several moments. Had a great time/stay and even had a small video moment with our new tailored outfits lol thank you Lisa and Dinh for everything!
