Very friendly staff and local customers as well. I ordered banh xeo which was enough for two people but my inner fat man ate it all ). The greens and herbs were very fresh. The banh xeo was not too oily and very crispy. When I was running out of greens,pickled veg and peanut sauce the owner and customers replenished them. Such great attentive service. The restaurant had several tables and free Wi-Fi. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend this restaurant

Amazing on so many levels: 1) The banh xeo is fantastic, crisp, not oily, every bite an explosion of flavors. 2) There is an actual menu with clear prices. 3) Hygene. Squeeky clean, the scissor is sharp, and there is a dedicated, clean sink to wash your hands with soap. Wish every restaurant was like this!

The best Bahn Xeo in Vietnam. It is amazing how they bring this simple food to another level. It is crispy, nutty, yet complex. The owner is super-kind, very attentive, made a shade for us, refill vege constantly. So much grace & love!!!!

Definitely come here for bánh xèo! Must try if you want to experience the traditional taste of Vietnamese food! Freshly made They have a small menu and do those dishes extremely well.

Banh Xeo (pancake) Thịt Nướng (grilled pork) Nem Nướng (pork on a stick) And spring rolls

They all can be rolled in rice paper with fresh herbs and mixed with a peanut sauce and a chilli sauce.

Absolutely delicious!

We ordered one of each dish and shared it...

Delicious meal, we ordered one of everything (only 4 items) and it comfortably fed 4 people. Slightly greasy but tasty none the less!

Family-owned and the service was very polite (one of their sons had to show us how to eat everything properly, even through a language barrier, hahaha).
