Quan Chay An Lac Vegetarian Food — Restaurant in Hội An

This place is a haven for vegetarians, vegans and any food lovers who are visiting Hoi An. Ridiculously cheap (majority of dishes 30,000VND), delicious food with a relaxed atmosphere. We have tried the spring rolls, chicken rice, phở, bánh xèo and the fried rice, all wonderful dishes. The vegetarian meat substitute is really great.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The service can be quite slow so I wouldn't recommend coming if you are in a rush somewhere, but the atmosphere here is very laid back which is nice. Cannot recommend this...

Food is ok, normal price for Vietnam (30k). Fake meat is good. Don’t order soups, they are tasteless, even weird. I went there a few times and tried : bun thit nuong (good, but wrong sauce), goi cuon (good), banh cuon (disappointing), thit nuong banh uot (ok), dau khuon kho to (good) pho (bad!), bun cha (bad, doesn’t even look like bun cha). In my opinion the BEST vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Hoi An. The food is super delicious ( especially the pho). Happily the restaurant is a bit away from all the tourists within the old town of hoi an. It is well located a little outside and the people there are awesome. The best thing is that the old lady ( maybe the owner and chef ) will remember you if you come there more than one day and will wave you instantly. it is a very loving and hospitable atmosphere.
