True to its name, it provides exceptional tranquility, being remarkably quiet and peacefully located away from the main tourist trails. This serene setting was a major highlight. The dedication of the staff is exceptional: Manager Sunny, despite having recently strained her right wrist while passionately helping guests with their luggage (a testament to her commitment, though thankfully now healed!), continues to lead with visible care. Equally impressive is Manager Juddy, who thoughtfully ensures guests wake up on time so they never miss breakfast – a much-appreciated personal touch.

A significant advantage, especially for Russian tourists, is the hotel's acceptance of UnionPay cards issued by Rosselkhozbank. However, it's crucial to be aware that the hotel adds a 3% surcharge to the room bill for payments made by card. Be advised that this practice is a violation of Vietnamese law, which prohibits merchants from imposing such fees on customers for card payments.

While the hotel's quiet location is perfect, the nearby NOA SEASON Cuisine & Café is a fantastic option should you miss the hotel breakfast. Firstly the hotel is very comfortable and the amenities are modern. They have really thought out how to make your stay comfortable, but also how to get the most out of your time there. When you arrive one of the reception girls will take you through a very helpful “guide to Hoi An”. They will tell you the must try foods and where to get them, the things you must see, even the best tailors and pretty much answer any question you have. They also offer a free walking tour, which I recommend to do when you get there (Bao Oi, your tour was great!) All the introductory information is so helpful for you to get the most out of your stay.

I also felt like they went the extra mile to make you comfortable, simple things like free cold water in your fridge, towels when you use the pool, Vietnamese coffee whenever you need a pep up. I also thought the breakfast was simple and really good, not a wasteful buffet but you could order a selection of eggs or pancakes seasonal fruits and coffee and juice, which was exactly what I wanted in the morning.

However the Highlight by far is the wonderful kind friendly staff. Because of the beautiful spirit the reception staff had, it gave us such a warm feeling we ended up staying an extra week longer than intended.
