Found this newly set up homestay by accident and had a great homestay hosted by the lovely Thao. Comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished the host was helpful, easy-going and went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed.||Located just outside the main belt, it offered the best of both worlds of some quiet and the activities that Hoi An is well known for.||There were some teething inconveniences (stuck door), as one would expect from a new place but the host was quick to fix everything. I would highly recommend this place. Tháo went out of her way to help us feel at home and provided us with tips and guidance to enjoy our stay. She also helped us arrange private taxi to our next location. It is situated on the river which was very peaceful. There is a swing and hammock to sit by the river.i would recommend renting the bikes at Bisou and going across to the local island for ride and lunch. this place is pretty new and the rooms are lovely. we liked the style a lot of how things were put together, comfortable bed too!

only like 3-4 rooms thus its quite inside the house. has a great roof terrace where you can chill or workout.
