The owners of the Majestic Hoi An Villa are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you step through the doors. They go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and this was evident in the little touches throughout the hotel and daily room cleaning.

But what really sets this hotel apart is their exceptional service. When I accidentally left some personal belongings behind after checking out, I was worried that I might never see them again. However, the owners went above and beyond to track down my items and deliver them to my next hotel, even though it was several hours away. This level of service is truly unparalleled and demonstrates just how committed they are to ensuring their guests have a memorable stay.

We stayed in Majestic Villa for 4 nights just before Christmas, and had the most wonderful time. Hung and his family were so welcoming and generous, and went totally out of their way to make sure we had a great time in Hoi An. I can't recommend staying at the Majestic villa highly enough, the room was absolutely spotless, with a huge and incredibly comfortable bed, a massive shower, and a huge window for letting in loads of sunshine. After travelling around Asia for 3 months, it felt like a home away from home for my partner and I. The location is great - it's about 5 minutes walking to get to the old town where all of the restaurants, bars, and shops are, so you're close enough to get there very easily, but far enough away that you get a peaceful nights sleep. Hung also runs a travel company, so ensure you take up his offer of an airport transfer, as it was actually significantly cheaper than Grab even (the Vietnamese equivalent of Uber). Can't wait to...

I can’t begin to describe how AMAZING our stay was at Hoi an Majestic Villa. The service we got was absolutely Next level - more than we could ever imagine! Especially given the fact my mom couldn’t walk as she had a motorbike accident, the owner made sure we were accommodated to a room where my mom wouldn’t have to go up stairs and could recover nice and comfortably in. The staff would always be going way over the top in making sure my mom was cared for, with little things as taking the food up to her room so she wouldn’t move 🖤 If it was not for them I dont know what we would have done! Also, the hotel was perfectly located 5mins walking to Hoi an’s Old Quarter and heaps of nice restaurants, markets & shops. They gave us bycicles for free and we had an epic time riding them in the rain! Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was yummy! Definitely got us going for the rest of the day.
