Ki No Villa Hoi An — Hotel in Hội An

We checked in for one night. The service was outstanding, the room clean, modern and in a great position close to a beautiful beach. ||We left for the day and whilst out decided to book another 2 nights. When we returned to the room there was a horrible smell possibly mould, rotten wood or water damage. |We quickly opened the doors to vent the room. This smell was in the room our whole stay. Each time we returned to the room the smell was very bad and we had to quickly open the doors for ventilation. ||The shower was pretty much unusable being either boiling hot water or literally droplets of cold water barely enough to wet let alone wash. ||This hotel is really nice. The service is brilliant. The hotel is in a great location and for a good price. The smell in the room really ruined the experience for us and the shower situation very frustrating and annoying. If they are able to fix this the hotel will be a great place to stay. We would definitely have stayed a few more nights instead of booking into a new hotel. If we had returned to the hotel before booking the 2 extra nights we would definitely have checked out the next day it's a...

We arrived at the villa to be greeted by the lovely staff. Rooms were simple but comfortable. The sheets were crinkled on the bed. The kids bedroom - the sheets has stains on them. Like a rust colour. |We stayed 2 night and on the second. Iggy there was no hot water. Every morning I was awoken by a banging or someone hammering on the walls. |We had trouble with using the PowerPoints, the local PowerPoints wouldn’t fit in. |The breakfast were simple and delicious. Every morning the staff sources fresh break for us. |The swimming pool was great and we had it go ourselves most of time. Shops and restaurants are with walking distance as is the beach. Now re opened as An Villa, there are 6 magnificent rooms available. The largest have a lounge area attached and are exquisite. The smaller rooms are also boutique in character and extremely comfortable and warm spaces. All have ensuite bathrooms and showers. There are also small balconies for each. There is a clean, modern and comfortable dining or common area on the ground floor where breakfast is available. There is a wraparound swimming pool as well. The location is amazing, so close to the sea and the Coconut River area with lots of restaurants and shops available.
