We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The hotel seems quite new and the building is wonderful. We booked a river view room and were not disappointed by the room or the view. I did have a sneaky peek when the cleaners were doing one of the pool view rooms and that view also seemed very pleasant and in front of the hotel they have a lovely seating area to enjoy the river view so if you're on a budget you could consider taking a pool view instead. What really sets this hotel apart is the level of service from all of the staff including management. We can not fault any of them on their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, it is not the largest buffet we've seen during our trip to Vietnam but it is still the best. Quality over quantity and again the level of service you receive from the staff feels like a 5 star hotel. The hotel is located very well adjacent to the lovely River however if you are looking for somewhere central to the old town this is not it. It is however a delightful walk along the river for about 15-20 min to reach the market and then the old town and we enjoyed this walk on a number of occasions. Furthermore I saw they have bike hire tho I did not enquire as to the cost but they also have a complimentary and regular shuttle service to and from the old town throughout the day and evening so for us it really wasn't an issue. There are only 2 criticisms I can give about this place. The first is very minor in that the pool is on the northern side of the building so it is in the shade all day. It is still very pleasant to relax by it but the water is a bit chilly and you won't be getting a tan here, probably not why you're coming to Hoi An anyway. However they do have a complimentary shuttle service to the beach and an arrangement with the salty sea restaurant for complimentary beach deck chair use. I enjoyed this on one of my days and if you're looking for surf and Sun this will tick that box for you. The second issue was the WiFi. We've had a patchy wifi at every place we've stayed at in Vietnam so far but this has been the worst. During the day it kind of is ok but around 5pm it becomes so slow and unreliable as to render it unusable. It wasn't too big of a deal for us as we have local Sims with data but if you need accommodation with fast reliable internet this is not it. Because of the above 2 I tossed up giving only 4 stars but again the staff were so lovely and helpful I just couldn't do it. If I could give 4.5 stars that would probably be most accurate but well, I guess I had to round up to the nearest whole number ☺️ we will definitely consider staying here again when next in Hoi An. Oh also, we got the best price by booking directly through their site. Oh also we were given room 401 which I suspect is the best of the River view rooms as it is on the 4th floor and on the corner so you get a good 270 degree view. I highly recommend you request it if you do decide to book a river view room. 501 would probably be the same I assume if you're going their top of the...

Read moreHaving stayed at this location at least 8 times over the years, I simply find it a very nice, clean, and comfortable boutique hotel to stay in when I visit Hoi An..
All members of staff from arriving to the day you leave are very curtious, happy, and attentive ..
I always request a river view so I can sit on the balcony and watch the everyday life of the local fishermen and various boat traffic..
The hotel is aprox 10mis walk from the old town area, the hotel does offer a free shuttle service at certain times of the day with a return also available ( you do need to give at least 30mins notice)..
There is a spa and gym area , not big but sufficient if you need to do some training.. Some rooms have shower over bath some have walk in shower..
There are corner rooms on each floor that give a wider view of the surrounding area..
Some local restaurants are 5 minutes away along the river walkway, as is the famous hoi an memories show just 5mins away from the bridge over the river to watch the show..
Very affordable prices, and that price includes breakfast...
Small swimming pool of around 15mtrs x 4mtrs..
Around 8 sun loungers ..
I've never experienced any issues staying here over the years...
