It was the most amazing time - I only wish I didn't have to share this for more people to know - but what a jem Mimi's place is!||||The apartment room faces a quiet, pristine farmland with rice padi fields and imposing mountains in the near distance. Picture perfect for what it already is, the room is furthermore beautiful: designed in a chic, industrial theme, elevating practicality and design. ||||Entering the room, you are greeted by a studio apartment-sized room. A functional kitchen is the centreplace on the room, and it is where you can prepare your breakfast with the bread and eggs Mimi will give you for breakfast.||||A good night sleep awaits you as you can fall asleep under comfy, warm quilts. The mattress is comfortable and sturdy, ensuring you sleep well. Floor-to-ceiling windows face the bed, where you can look out and watch the sunrise on a slow morning. The high-tech TV is good for an entertainment hub to use if you can't fall asleep yet. It has Google Chromecast built it, and you can play Spotify, Youtube or Netflix material on it.||||Every morning, a furry family pet greets you as you wear your shoes on the patio sofa. He is friendly and sits besides you, expecting pets on his head. It makes it altogether a relaxing time.||||These things all make the stay at Mimi's a memorable one. The experience I have and the one you would be experiencing might be different, but the hospitality you can expect would be nothing less. Ask for some local tips on where to eat and go, and you would be surprised to find one of the best Vietnamese-fusion restaurants in town.||||Mimi's place is a 7-10min scooter ride away from the bustling Hoi An town. Hoi An has become more touristy over the years, but a stay here at Mimi's makes it feel like you discovered a hidden gem admist the many people and attractions in the place. 😊: We recently stayed at MiMI's House for almost a month and had an absolutely amazing experience. MiMi and her family were the nicest people and were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was fantastic - it had windows on both sides for great air flow, a mosquito net for when we wanted to keep them open, and excellent A/C for when it got too hot. The bed was super comfortable and large, and the TV was a nice addition. We also had a small fridge and kitchenette that came in handy several times. The bathroom was also very comfortable. The location is perfect, with a beautiful view of rice fields, and there were bikes available for us to use. The laundry section was also a great convenience, and we were able to wash and dry our clothes without having to buy any detergent. Van, the housekeeper, was also a wonderful person who made delicious breakfasts and cleaned our room perfectly twice a week. Highly recommend Mimi’s for anyone seeking a quiet, peaceful and clean stay! After looking around Hoi An for an apartment, this one had modern amenities and a beautiful kitchen inside the studio so we could cook our own meals. It’s the owner Mimi who really made the difference, always smiling and welcoming, making you feel at home and happy to help organize anything you need. Tucked into the countryside of the rice fields, the rooms have a great view. The location is in between Old town and the beach, so it’s a short scooter ride to either, and Ba Le market is also close by. We also enjoyed socializing with other guests over delicious breakfast that’s provided daily. Mimi and her family are the kindest hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, inviting us to some home cooked local cuisine, taking us to the rice festival, and even celebrating my birthday while we were there.
