Ngan Phu Homestay — Hotel in Hội An

This is without a doubt the best hotel/homestay I've ever stayed in. You're greeted with a drink, and given maps of the city and information about excursions and things to do. They will have the excursions booked for you if you wish to book. They offer a laundry service which was reasonable and the clothes smelt amazing. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable, toiletries offered and room can be cleaned every day, even a mini bar in the room. The pool is a great temperature and has sun beds, so relaxing, and staff offer you towels to dry off so you don't have to use the towels in your room. The garden is decorated beautifully and is great to sit outside in the evening. The breakfast was fantastic, tasty and fresh. Smoothies, coffees, fruit and cooked breakfasts offered. We were allowed to leave our bags for the day after we checked out which was handy. They recommended a fantastic restaurant 7 minutes walk away (Nhan's kitchen). As simple as this; you feel in a resort without need to be a rich person. One of my best ever experiences in a place out of my house.

The people is one of the nicest that we met in our trip around South Asia, everyday they tried to do their best for us and our experience in Hoi An, the place is completely nice and very good maintained, our room and our things was very very clean, prices are very fair in everything (as tours as clothes washing service, doesn’t matter what do you need). They gave us a special sweets or crackers for our day la out, juices and many special things as borrow me money one day that my card didn’t work in a restaurant close to there. Without hesitate I am coming back to this place and it’s more that highly recommend for everybody (doesn’t matter if is a backpacker or a family with special requirements).

We loved the Villa feel of Ngan’s place! It was light and airy with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, everyday. Breakfast was great, the pool was clean and refreshing, and having the pizzas available on site was convenient. We appreciated the local tips and being able to get fresh towels as needed. The Villa is located just outside of town (about a 25 min walk) which allows guests to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town and explore a few of local places that aren’t full of tourists and tourists prices. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants very near by. Free peddle bikes are available from the Villa and or rental motorbikes. A laundry service is provided on site at a fair price with fast service. The staff is more than happy to arrange tours, cooking classes, or other transportation for guests as needed.
