Read moreWe loved this place. It's really beautiful, the rooms are very big and clean. Lovely vibe with well kept garden, pond full of water lilies and a small but sufficient swimming pool. There is also a free pool table. Most other guests were Vietnamese or Asian so they stayed away from all amenities during the day meaning we had everything to ourselves, handing over to them when we were heading out for evenings! The owners are super friendly and Mia at reception was takes exceptional care of the guests. It came as a surprise the minibar supplies are at the same price as what you pay in supermarkets nearby so very convenient. The plus is that it's away from the town and the road so it's super quiet. All you hear at night is crickets and frogs. The minus is that it is not a walking distance from town or beach though you get free bicycles. You also can rent a motorbike at the villas for 5 quid a day or catch a taxi for couple of quid one way. Breakfast is included in the rate and is pretty good though we didn't like other stuff we ordered couple times for lunch so we stuck to nearby restaurants which are plenty or going to town. All in all Pastorale Villas is a lovely place and if you don't care to be close to town or beach and like peaceful rural holiday I would highly recommend...
Read moreMy partner and I rented the « Coconut House » or Family Villa for 4 weeks , from mid-February to mid-March at Pastorale Villas . We were joined by my sister-in-law and husband . It was our first visit to Vietnam and we wanted to visit Hoi An and its nearby attractions. The hosts were all very welcoming and keen to make our stay most comfortable. The family-owned accommodation had all the modern amenities: swimming pool, wifi, air conditioning, modern bathrooms, TV, laundry, etc. Our stay included daily housekeeping and a delicious breakfast (western or Vietnamese) . The setting is beautiful : the villas are located around a relaxing swimming pool , near rice fields. The property includes a pond and is lined with colourful bougainvilleas . Bicycles are available free of charge or the amazing guest relations person, Na, calls a taxi ( very cheap) or arrange a car for sightseeing or to go to the airport in Danang . It was truly a gem of a place and we highly...
