Great vibes here easy to spend hours without realizing times hasn't stopped. Super friendly and efficient staff's .The owners are very interesting people's with great conversations. Now the main part the food. OMG who would have known wait what Lasagna served here not on the regular menu but that night they had as a special. Ok let's give it a try One of the best lasagna I ever had not only here in Hoi An but anywhere in the world I had one 😋. Definately would make Garfield a happy cat. Then I couldn't resist the temptation to have some ribs after smelling them from the kitchen. Wow an other great dish the hell with the knife and fork let's dig in as ribs need to be enjoyed let's get dirty. I did and it was finger licking good too. The oignons rings where delicious as well. The beer was nice and cold. Will I ever come back. No doubts in my mind it will be a regular visits from me and I will definitely bring peoples when I come to have them enjoy a terrific meal with me I definitely recommend this place. Now I need to try everything on their menu. I'll refrain from doing so in a single sitting tho It might cause me weight issues 😂😂😂 is perfect 👍

Just came back here for the nt time . I'm currently here now. As I was about to give my comments again on this place food. I just read a review about someone giving this restaurant a one star review. As I read it one comment really astonished me the french fries are greasy. What 😱 There's nothing greasy about the fries here. They are absolutely delicious best chips I ever ate outside of the UK.

Some people really need to enjoy real good comfort food instead of can food. That was probably that person problem not knowing what good comfort food taste likes.

The Cadillac Bar and Grill on Cua dai. I had a wonderful meal tonight at the recently opened Cadillac Restaurant. I have been watching the restaurant take shape over the last month or so and was beginning to wonder if it would ever be finished. But tonight, sitting in the candle lit ambiance of the dining room I just had to sit back and soak it all in. I was served a marvelous fish dish with shrimp and mussels in a tangy Vera Cruz sauce. Crisp Green beans and succulent Broccoli with rice filled out the plate and satisfied my hunger pangs perfectly. A small bowl of home made Chocolate ice cream mixed with chocolate cookies, nuts and drizzled with chocolate sauce stretched the bounds of my caloric intake but I would not have it any other way. Chad, Steve and Todd have created a unique and eclectic eatery that is unlike any place else that I have observed in Vietnam. Chef Chad uses the freshest ingredients that he sources daily. The menu has his standard Mexican entrees and unusual Pizza combinations are also offered. The menu is on the chalk boards and changes daily to taking advantage of the ever changing offerings of Hoi ans many markets. Daily specials will always be available. Todds Smoked Miami Chicken is one of the most unique menu items that I have ever eaten. Smoke and Spices are mixed to perfection in this one of a kind offering. Truly, I have never eaten Chicken this good anywhere. Indoor or outdoor seating is available and the bar seating is just perfection. The bar stools are comfortable and just the right height. The lighting is soft and the music is just right. The Cadillac is located just across from Voi's kitchen with good proximity to Old town and the Beach. Don't miss trying this one out. Really good food, very nice presentation and excellent service. The Cadillac Bar and Grill has lots of good reviews, so we wanted to check it out. The menu has many options for everyone to enjoy. We started off with the Rum & ginger beer cocktail for 50k, that on the specials board for the night. A really good drink if you’re a fan of Moscow Mules and for a great price! For dinner we ordered the BBQ pork ribs, which came with a side of French fries and a “Free” beer. The meal had a good-sized portion of ribs and fries for 300k and we thought it was a good value. The ribs had a wonderful smokey flavor. They are not your fall off the bone type of ribs, yet the meat was tender and very satisfying in quality and in preparation. The owner Todd, made sure we had everything we needed and he and another woman checked on us throughout our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was comfortable and laid back and is situated in an open air environment with a covered roof. The dining area and the bathrooms were clean and presentable.
