The Hotel Bin Bin 9 is minimalist but comfortable and very clean.The room was sufficiently spacious and pleasant. Perhaps it lacked an armchair and bedside lamps; there were only spotlights on the ceiling.Excellent mention for the shower pressure!The air conditioning was also very good with the option of night and silent settings, which is a real plus!A kettle is available but there is no coffee or tea. Two small bottles of water a day are very welcome. There is no soap at the washbasin. Just in the shower.The internet was of good quality.The hotel is not located in a tourist area but it is a shame that the reception staff do not speak and understand English well.One of them did, however, try to understand and help me by using Google Translate on his phone.In short, a very good hotel to stay in without extras, but very clean and comfortable. I had a good stay at this hotel, which is located in a beautiful and quiet residence just a few steps away from Lotte Mart.

The hotel is new, well maintained and offers spacious, clean and well equipped rooms.

The welcome was warm and the hostess was very professional. She even offered us a temporary room while the one we booked was being prepared, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel also has an elevator, which adds to the convenience.

The Internet connection is fast and stable, perfect for both work and entertainment.

The neighborhood is well-located - just a 10-minute motorcycle ride from downtown - yet offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel scammed me $67, I booked 2 nights on Agoda with "Pay at Hotel" option because they have express/early checkin in their listing. After booking, I messaged them on Agoda and called them to confirm if I can get early checkin. They didn't answer nor replied me so I requested to cancel the booking the day before checkin, but they still charged me full price...
