Phú Gia Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

We arrived in the middle of the night, paid 1 million Dong and got a room that had a very strong smell of nicotine, was not clean (empty paper roll in bathroom, a leftover drinking glass on the bathroom floors and dirty towels with hair on them. The floor was so dirty we preferred to not take our shoes off). The beds lacked bed linen and the amusing thing was that there was no key to the room door. We asked for it but the guy in the reception said that he couldn't find it and that the manager would come with it in the morning.

Our room was clearly different from the ones on the pictures. They probably only let it during peak demand. We left about an hour after we arrived prefering to have a sleepless night rather than staying in the room. No offer of even a slight refund even though we asked for it.

Lần 1 thì hư ổ khoá tự động phải đổi phòng Lần 2 thì máy lạnh k có remote, gọi lễ tân hỗ trợ thì nhận được cái remote k chỉnh nhiệt độ hay bật tắt được gì cả. Tới lúc lễ tân tự thử remote mới tin là remote anh ta đưa cho khách không xài được. Thế là lễ tân bảo mình máy lạnh cũng mát mà cần gì remote chỉnh🙏 Trong khi nhiệt độ thì lạnh ngắt, không lẽ lạnh quá thì cúp cầu dao khi nào nóng rồi thì bật lên hả má. Mình yêu cầu lễ tân đổi remote cho mình không thì đổi phòng thì nhận lại thái độ kiểu khinh khỉnh. Anh ta đứng đó chỉnh thông số một hồi lâu, trong lúc chỉnh còn quay lại quay lại lục đồ ầm ầm như kiểu mình giấu remote có sẵn trong phòng vậy. Tới khi chỉnh được rồi thì QUĂNG XUỐNG giường kế bên chỗ mình ngồi và quay lưng đi thẳng ra cửa k thèm đóng cửa luôn. Làm được thì làm, mệt thì đừng có nhận khách nữa. Cái cơ bản là cái remote máy lạnh không có mới nhờ mang lên mà thái độ như kiểu khách ăn xin của ks không bằng. Ai chọn Phú Gia thì có rất nhiều chi nhánh khác ổn hơn nhé. Vì thuận đường nên mới tạm ghé đây 2l chứ không mình cũng chọn chi nhánh khác rồi. Lần 1 còn cho qua chứ...
