Grace Apartment 3 — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I've stayed here for 3 months and the manager is very friendly and helpful. The staff is okay, doesn't speak any English so sometimes it was difficult to communicate things. The cleaning service is 5/10. They don't wash the bedsheets properly in my opinion. But overall, it's worth the money paid. There is a large rooftop and a gym that's barely used so it's always free to use. The location is very convenient and the alley is quiet and peaceful.
