I noticed small stains on the towels, and when I checked out, the hotel manager requested that I pay for new towels. However, when I took the towels outside to clean them, I found that the stains came out easily. I returned to the hotel, and the receptionist carefully inspected the towels before finally accepting them. The poor service made me feel uncomfortable, and I will not be returning. Update: After posting this review, the hotel responded with an inaccurate account of the situation. They did inspect the return face towel and found no stain, which is why they accepted it without charging. However, the bath towel was clean but not completely dry, which led to an additional charge to avoid missing my flight. They charged an unreasonable price for an old, thin towel, which is why I had to clean it outside myself. I kept all pictures as evidence, and I want to remind the hotel that telling false stories won't help grow your business. Listening to your customers’ feedback and improving service is the key.
Warning: The towel issue seems like a tactic to charge customers extra. Many negative reviews on Google mention similar problems with towels. Please be cautious, as this place may be attempting to...
Read more4 people (2 double rooms)Terrible experience. We chose the hotel because of the location near the airport. They picked us up at the airport, which was good. In general we didn ´t find it to be "good value for money" but we didn ´t mind. It was just a place to spend the last moments in Vietnam near the airport. When we were checking out, the receptionist told us to wait for the driver even though we could see him outside loading our luggage into the car. 3 minutes later a woman came out of the lift with plastic bags and the receptionist started taking out wet towels and showing us dirty stains. She argued that we damaged the towels (from both rooms) and we had to pay for them because the housekeeper said it would be impossible to wash them. We were in a state of shock. Even though we objected, firstly there were no such stains on our towels, secondly how can anybody say after 3 minutes that it ´d be impossible to wash them. The receptionist was very unpleasant and she insisted on paying for them. We were in a time crunch and needed to leave for the airport. We left the hotel, took our luggage from the hotel car and called a taxi. We warn against staying in this hotel....
Read moreWe had a very pleasant stay in Ha Noi Hotel. The free airport shuttle worked just fine and the whole staff was very friendly and courteous.
The room was just like it was described on the pictures and the description. Free included breakfast, it’s a very simple breakfast where you can choose out of two options. But related to price-performance ratio it is perfectly fine. Hot water came very quickly inside the room, the tv has mainly local shows, but some international and English channels too. The bed is quite hard, which can cause your back to ache a bit if you stay longer, but that’s okay, harder beds are more healthy after all. The whole room equipment worked perfectly fine, nothing was damaged or had malfunctions.
I can only recommend this hotel to everyone, out of my experience it has a great price-performance ratio and if u look for a short or cheaper stay, then this place is a great option.
We stayed for two weeks and had a nice time here, thank you,
The “Bahn...
