NEVER COME BACK / TÔI SẼ KHÔNG QUAY LẠI
My family had dinner yesterday. The food was fine, but the service and staff were really disappointing. Firstly, I was initially impressed that the banchan was plentiful and confirmed that it could be refilled for free. However, when I requested a refill, the staff rudely responded, "no more." Secondly, I ordered "grilled pork," but they served me "grilled beef," which I didn’t initially realize. When they brought us the "hot pan," it was flipped over, and instead of replacing it, they used our spoon to hold it in place without giving us a new one. Later, they brought the "grilled pork" to our table, but we told them, "No, our order is already enough."
Then, another staff member came over, pointed at our dish, and said it was beef, not pork. After that, they simply walked away, leaving us confused about what we should do—eat it or not. In the end, we decided to eat it.
When it came time to pay, the bill was charged for beef not pork. I told the staff that we didn’t order beef, we ordered pork. She rudely replied, "I don’t know, I just see beef on the table." Once again, her attitude was unprofessional. While we paid for the meal without causing a scene, I told her, "I have no issue paying the bill, but I need you to come and confirm with us in advance next time." After some discussion, they adjusted the bill and charged us for the pork instead.
Thirdly, the restaurant was very hot. We asked the staff if they could do something about it. However, the same staff member responded, "We have no space to place a fan," again with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude.
This entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional, even though the food...
Read moreFood not authentic. Homemade? Maybe. Definitely not the same quality you get from popular Korean spots in Korea (popular for locals not tourists). It didn't have the proper flavour of Korean food. It was very tasted like Vietnamese people trying to make Korean food, despite people saying it is owned by a Korean.
Service; terrible. Always forcing us to order the stonepot soups rather than the shared hotpot. Kept advertising their "good" foods, but as someone who has worked at a family Korean restaurant before, I know a lot were just them being lazy to cook and clean. When getting takeaway as well the younger girl was so easy to get annoyed. Can't imagine those who are unable to speak Vietnamese...

Read moreWe were around Tan Binh area and were craving for some samgyeopsal. Luckily, this was tagged correctly as a Korean restaurant.
We thought it was a quiet resto but was surprised to have a lot of Koreans coming in to enjoy some Korean food. The place is not that big but with enough seating and wide tables.
Food is really good. The traditional Korean food combo was served before you can even order. The food was tasty and delicious - pretty rich Korean spices.
The place was kinda loud but it was okay. Servers managed to speak to us even though they speak a little English.
At the end of the meal they gave a sweet Cinnamon tasting drink with crushed ice - we think it was supposed to calm us after finishing a...
