Very bad hotel!!! It is the new management that took over Justay hotel. I booked for Justay, Agoda collected my money, & confirmed my booking. When I arrived two stupid young girls (both are very young & seems uneducated) were at the reception, saying that I booked a hotel that is not exist anymore. They refused to give me a room & acting like calling agoda for whatever reasons. Why they called agoda when I complained, why not before? I said this because the agoda team once I reached them said that they never inform the changing management to Agoda. So agoda just knew it based on my issue. Agoda said they will refund my money. When I tried to book the new hotel name through Agoda right away, the two girls cancelled it directly from their system, saying there is no room available. Once the bos called me, he said there is a room but I have to pay directly to the hotel. Of course, that was what I was about to do, no matter through agoda or directly it is ok for me but the girls said no room available. Another important note is that getting to the hotel from the airport requires crossing several busy streets, so travelers should be mindful of safety.

Overall, this hotel is quite average but offers a convenient location and good service, making it suitable for short stays. If improvements are made to cleanliness and soundproofing, the guest experience would be significantly enhanced.

Khách sạn này nằm rất gần sân bay, chỉ mất chưa đến 15 phút đi bộ để đến nơi, rất phù hợp cho du khách cần bắt chuyến bay sớm hoặc lưu trú ngắn ngày. This hotel was chosen for its close proximity to the airport as it is a fifteen minute walk.
