Is a nice quiet hotel in district 7. Bed is very comfortable. Only 3 rooms on 1 flr so less noise from adjoining rooms. Window with a view. Is on a side street so will hear less traffic. Unfortunately there is a construction going at the back, so is quite noisy during the day. |Please take note breakfast ends at 0900. So if u plan to have a lie in forget abt the breakfast package. |There is nothing much in district 7. I stayed one night for the marathon race then move back to D1. Is abt 14USD to get from D1 to D7 on uber and travel time is 35mins depend on traffic. Walked to central mall abt 2.2km away. Or take a grab moto for 2USD. |Communication can be a problem if u call for uber or moto. Would suggest once u have orderes for yr uber or moto. Call them and pass yr phone to a security guard. So they can tell yr transporter exactly where u are waiting. If you want to flag a taxi, then go for vinasun. They will go on a meter. |I manage to get a local phone chip for 5USD at the airport right in front of the immigration. Make sure u go with a reliable company. Do not buy a phone chip...

It gave me a more positive and heartfelt perspective of...
